Craig Van Horn
Founder
Craig has served as a strategic advisor to the beverage industry for over 19 years, focusing on the valuation of businesses and brands, transactions for both buyers and sellers, estate planning, litigation support, operational analysis to improve efficiencies, and strategic planning. He has prepared over 300 valuations of beverage companies and brand rights, including the successful closing of numerous transactions. His clients include beverage distributors representing major alcoholic and non-alcoholic brands across the nation.
Craig has also been a strategic advisor to the board of directors of a private technology company for more than 5 years.
Previously, he was a Managing Director for Ippolito Christon & Associates and worked for Ernst & Young, MCI and EDS. He also developed and marketed a functional beverage called Unbeetable.
Craig holds an MBA from Chaminade University of Honolulu and a BS in Finance from the University of Florida.
